Bloomington Landmarks
You can be a part of an upcoming art exhibition by completing a survey to identify Bloomington’s most popular landmarks (those with unique character, nostalgia, symbolism, etc.). The top eight chosen landmarks will be featured in the Bloomington Theatre and Art Center’s “Bloomington Mapworks III” art exhibition in the Inez Greenberg Gallery in August 2013.
This artistic compilation will be the third Mapworks project conceived and led by artist Erik Sletten. To paint and exhibit the selected landmark-inspired artwork, Sletten will be joined by artists Craig Bell, DC Ice, Marjorie Moody, Erik Pearson and Holly Stone.
